Designed to work deeper over time, these sessions assess changes, release new layers, and support your ongoing healing. I also provide personalised self-healing tools and lifestyle guidance between treatments.

Hello, I’m Georgia — Kinesiologist & Reiki Practitioner

My healing journey began in my early twenties, after the heartbreaking loss of a close friend to suicide. That traumatic experience cracked something open within me, and I found myself searching for meaning, connection, and acceptance. It led me to the world of energy healing – but that was just the beginning.

Over time, I’ve done deep inner work not only to process that loss, but also to reconnect with earlier parts of myself – my inner child and teenage self – who had been carrying unspoken pain and unmet needs. Through kinesiology, Reiki, and healing retreats, I’ve uncovered, witnessed, and healed many layers of emotional wounding. This work continues to shape my life and it’s at the heart of how I now hold space for others.

In the early days, I carried grief in my body without realising it – developing coping mechanisms to survive, but never truly feeling free. Reiki was the first tool that helped me understand how emotions can become stuck in our energy system. I learned that everything is energy including our thoughts, memories, and emotions, and that we can release this energy gently and without words. Reiki offered me a sense of acceptance and balance I hadn’t felt in years.

As I neared the end of my Reiki training, I came across Kinesiology and something about it resonated on a deep, cellular level. After just one session, I was amazed. Not only could it move energy, it could uncover the root cause of health and emotional issues through muscle testing. No more guessing, just deep, intuitive communication with the body.

Learning Systematic Kinesiology has been a beautiful journey in itself. It’s helped me heal long-standing health conditions and release emotional patterns that once felt like part of my identity. Personally, I’ve experienced profound healing from issues including:

  • A dairy intolerance I lived with for 10 years
  • Menstrual pain, bloating, and PMS
  • Raynaud’s syndrome
  • Frequent migraines
  • Confidence, anxiety, and nervous system regulation
  • The weight of unresolved grief and trauma

What I love most about Kinesiology is its ability to treat the whole person – not just symptoms. It honours the mind, body, emotions, and energy as a connected system, and brings awareness to how our experiences live in the body. It’s helped me reconnect with my truth, and I now use it not just to heal, but to stay balanced and prevent future imbalances.

Your body already holds the answers – Kinesiology is a way of asking the right questions, and allowing healing to unfold in the right time.

Booking & Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the space to someone else.

I completely understand that unexpected things can come up — if something urgent happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to discuss things on a case-by-case basis.
