What is Wellness Coaching?

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions which help you to feel more content about where you are now, and newly inspired about the way ahead. Whether it's navigating a change that has happened to you, or actively creating the changes that you would like for yourself, we work collaboratively and with curiosity.

My style of coaching is gentle, but that doesn’t mean that we stay at a surface level. I help you to uncover your unique strengths and find out what you can do to feel as ‘well’ and thriving as you can.

Most of our session is a conversation, although I may integrate some journaling, breathwork, meditation and gentle movement if you are open to this. Sessions are always led by you, and flow most easily when you have something to bring that you'd like to work on. This doesn't have to be neatly defined or specific, it could just be a little seed to start from. We can talk about this in your complimentary discovery session.

Who is Wellness Coaching for?

Anyone who has made the empowering decision to invest in themselves and their own health and wellbeing! Your coaching could be part of an ongoing journey into greater self-awareness, or could also be timed to navigate a specific life event or challenge. I tend to work mostly with people who describe themselves as sensitive, thoughtful and deep-thinking.

Packages & Pricing

Complementary Discovery Call/Session - This is to give us both a chance to see if my coaching sessions are right for you. I'll tell you a little bit more about what you can expect, and we'll set some intentions  around what you'd like to 'achieve' and what kind of input you'd like from me.

Book A Block - Sessions are £45 per 1 hour, or a pre-paid block of six coaching sessions will be £250, saving £20. We'll usually meet for 6 sessions either one or two weeks apart, depending on how much time  you need to integrate and practice what we've uncovered each time. It's up to you whether we book all six dates in advance, or arrange as we go.

I live and work in beautiful Falmouth, where I combine my 1-2-1 coaching work with holding wellbeing workshops, retreat days and sharing circles. You’ll often find me at the beach, swimming or  paddleboarding, or walking my dog!
