Meet Maia from Gently Healing with Maia
As the days grow shorter and we move into the cosier months, winter can be an opportunity to slow down, turn inwards and make a little more space for ourselves.
But slowing down isn’t always easy. Stress, worries and the demands of everyday life can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns we’d like to change. Sometimes, we know we want to feel differently but aren’t sure where to begin.
Introducing Gently Healing with Maia
I joined the team at Wellness Hub this summer, offering EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Reimprinting — gentle, complementary approaches to emotional wellbeing.
EFT, often known as tapping, involves gently tapping on a sequence of acupressure points while focusing on thoughts, feelings or experiences. Matrix Reimprinting builds on EFT to explore beliefs and emotional responses that may be connected to past experiences.
My aim is to provide a calm, compassionate space where you can explore what you’re experiencing, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and discover new ways of moving forward — always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
A little November invitation 🌿
If you’ve been curious about EFT or Matrix Reimprinting but haven’t quite taken the step to try a session, I’d love to make that first experience a little more accessible.
Throughout November, I’m giving away one free session each week.
That’s four opportunities across the month to experience EFT and/or Matrix Re-imprinting, ask questions and explore whether these approaches might be right for you.
As we move into the quieter, cosier months, perhaps this could be an opportunity to give yourself some time and attention — to slow down, reflect on what you’ve been carrying and make a little space for yourself before the new year begins.
